Threat Management Group (TMG), of Ladson, South Carolina, protests the award of a contract to R3 Strategic Support Group, Inc., of Coronado, California, under request for proposals No. FA4452-12-R-0003, issued by the Department of the Air Force for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) support services. TMG argues that R3 had an unfair competitive advantage that should have disqualified it from the competition, and that the agency misevaluated R3's proposal.We deny the protest.
