Sentrillion Corporation, of Reston, Virginia, protests the award of a contract to Tyco Integrated Security, LLC, of Alexandria, Virginia, by the Department of Justice, United States Marshals Services, under request for proposals (RFP) No. DJMS-12-R-0011 for security services at federal courthouses and other government facilities nationwide. The protester asserts that the agency failed to conduct meaningful discussions and failed to reasonably evaluate the offerors' proposals.We sustain the protest.
