CACI Technologies, Inc., of Chantilly, Virginia, protests the award of a task order to Engineering Solutions & Products LLC (ESP), of Eatontown, New Jersey, under request for task execution plan (RTEP) No. S3R-0469, issued by the Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command--Aberdeen Proving Grounds, for engineering, technical, logistical, and business support for the Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC). CACI challenges the agency's evaluation of its technical proposal as unacceptable.We deny the protest.
