Alamo City Engineering Services, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas, protests award of a task order to Mission 1st Group, Inc., of Princeton, New Jersey, by the Department of the Army, U.S. Army Materiel Command, under Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. W52P1J-13-T-0022, for information technology professional services. Alamo primarily argues that the Army failed to evaluate the realism of the vendors' proposed prices, conducted a flawed technical evaluation, and unreasonably ignored Mission's proposed prices in finding the awardee responsible.We deny the protest.
