DynCorp International LLC, of Fort Worth, Texas, protests the award of a contract to Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, of Savannah, Georgia, under request for proposals (RFP) No. FA8106-11-R-0001, issued by the Department of the Air Force for contractor logistics support for C-20 and C-37 aircraft. DynCorp challenges the agency's past performance and price evaluations, conduct of discussions, and selection decision.We deny the protest.
