Katmai Information Technologies, LLC (Katmai) of Anchorage, Alaska protests the terms of request for proposals (RFP) No. W91247-12-R-0023 issued by the Department of the Army to provide support for mobilization training centers at Fort Dix, New Jersey and Camp Shelby, Mississippi. The protester asserts that the solicitation is flawed because it does not provide essential information for purposes of competing for the agency's requirements.We deny the protest.
