National Forensic Science Technology Center, Inc. (NFSTC), of Largo, Florida, protests the issuance of a task order to NEK Services, Inc., of San Diego, California, under request for quotations (RFQ) No. GSA832871, issued by the U.S. Army Special Operations Command for instructors and role players to teach courses at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Training Center and School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. NFSTC maintains that the agency misevaluated NEK's quotation in connection with issuing the task order.
We deny the protest.
